Shipping:

· Shipping is included in the listing price of artworks

· All paintings sold directly from ellenmckenna.com will be shipped via Australia Post – Express Post with Insurance, tracking number and signature on delivery

· Please note currently we are only shipping within Australia

· Orders will leave Ellen’s studio within 4 working days unless otherwise indicated on artwork listing

· Current Express shipping delivery times within Australia can vary with most packages being delivered within around 7 days

·        All artworks will be carefully and loving packaged with bubble wrap and within a sturdy cardboard box for canvas artworks and rigid mailers for paper artworks.

Returns:

· Ellen offers a 7-day return policy on all artwork if you feel that the artwork just doesn’t work in your space. Please email Ellen within the 7-day period.

· PLEASE NOTE: If the artwork is to be returned, the return shipping costs will need to be paid by the purchaser. A refund for the cost of the artwork will be applied once the artwork is returned to Ellen, in the original packaging and without damage.

Accuracy of Photos:

· All care has been taken to provide colour accurate photos of the artwork, however some small differences between the physical artwork and the photos of the artwork may occur due to monitors or devices.
